Compliance with inspector’s demand
18(1)No person shall without reasonable excuse fail or refuse to comply with a demand made to that person by an inspector under paragraph 17(
a), (
b) or (
c).
18(2)No person shall without reasonable excuse fail or refuse to comply with a demand made to that person by an inspector under paragraph 17(
d).
